What is your delivery policy?
For existing customers our minimum order value is £50. Provided we have stock, in the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands) where the value of goods shipped is less than £250, there is a carriage fee of £13. The cut-off time for same day dispatch is 2:45 and we also offer the option of earlier deliveries at an additional cost.
What lead times can I expect?
We aim to have 3 months stock of all items on this website. However, for precise information please contact us by phone or email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping charges vary based upon order size and where they are going. Once you have placed your order, we will be able to calculate this for you. Our usual international shipping terms are EXW and our international T&C’s are available here https://www.tuk.co.uk/legal/
What if I want to order a small quantity of your products?
If you are not an existing customer, please consider if your order is for less than £1000 or if you expect to place orders worth at least £12000 per year. If not, we recommend that you order from one of our distributors. Each product page has a list of distributors that stock them, through which you can follow a link to make an order. If you wish to ask for information about a distributor near you, please contact us.
